Safeguarding Policy
The Finnish Lacrosse Association is committed to promoting a safe, respectful and equal environment for all participants in sports activities. Every athlete, coach, official and volunteer has the right to participate in activities without fear of harassment, violence or other inappropriate treatment.
The Safeguarding Guidelines define clear principles and procedures for preventing and addressing bullying, harassment, discrimination and other inappropriate behavior. The guidelines apply to all events and actors organized or approved by the association.
On this page you can review the policy (in Finnish only) and report any inappropriate behavior you have experienced or observed. Reports can be made anonymously, and all information will be treated confidentially.
