We have a variety of volunteer positions available in Finnish Lacrosse – come join us! We are looking for motivated individuals for various roles: from coaches to physios and team leaders. The positions are voluntary, but impactful – each role is an important part of the future of lacrosse in Finland.

General Manager (U20 Box)

The Finnish Men's and Women's U20 Box Lacrosse National Teams are seeking a General Manager (GM). One person may be selected for both teams, or separate GMs may be appointed for the men's and women's teams.

Want to help build Finland's first-ever U20 box lacrosse national teams for international competition?

As GM, you will coordinate team operations and manage practical arrangements together with the coaching staff, helping create the best possible environment for players and coaches to succeed.

Assistant Coach (Sixes)

The Finnish women's national team, which is preparing for the 2026 European Championships in Salou, Spain (2–9 November 2026), is looking for an assistant coach to support the head coach in planning and implementing training sessions. In this role, you will develop players individually and as a group, and build a united and motivated team together with the rest of the coaching team.
