We have a variety of volunteer positions available in Finnish Lacrosse – come join us! We are looking for motivated individuals for various roles: from coaches to physios and team leaders. The positions are voluntary, but impactful – each role is an important part of the future of lacrosse in Finland.

General Manager (Box)
The Finnish women's box lacrosse national team is looking for a GM for the European Championship project! The Finnish Lacrosse Association is looking for a General Manager to coordinate the 2026 European Championship trip to Prague.
Head Coach (Box)
The Finnish women's national box lacrosse team is looking for a head coach to build a competitive team for the 2026 European Box Lacrosse Championships in Prague. In this role, you will develop players, lead training sessions, and influence the national team's identity.
Assistant Coach (Box)
In this role, you will support the head coach of the women's national box lacrosse team in planning and implementing training sessions and helping with player development.
Physio (Box)
The women's national team, which is preparing for the 2026 European Championships in Prague, is looking for an expert to support the well-being and performance of its athletes. In this role, you will be able to prevent injuries, support recovery, and help players both during the preparation period and on the road to the competition.
Assistant Coach (Sixes)
The Finnish women's national team, which is preparing for the 2026 European Championships in Salou, Spain (2–9 November 2026), is looking for an assistant coach to support the head coach in planning and implementing training sessions. In this role, you will develop players individually and as a group, and build a united and motivated team together with the rest of the coaching team.
Physio (Sixes)
The Finnish Women's Sixes team is preparing for the 2026 European Championships in Salou, Spain from 2 to 9 November 2026 and is looking for a Physio or S& C coach to strengthen the support team. In this role, you will support the well-being and performance of athletes, prevent injuries and help players recover during the training season and competition travel.
General Manager (Field)
The GM's role is to ensure that the team's daily routine and preparation run smoothly - so that the players can focus on playing and the coaches on coaching.
